1 egg
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 package Hershey Kisses
Beat egg, shortening, peanut butter, sugars, milk and vanilla until light and fluffy. Stir in flour, soda and salt.
Roll 1 TBSP dought into a ball and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree over for 8 minutes. Remove and place 1 kiss in the middle of each cookie. Return to oven for 2-5 minutes. Cool.
