Cafe Rio Salad Dressing

1 Package Ranch Buttermilk Mix
1 Cup Buttermilk
1/2 to 1 Cup Mayo
1 to 2 Tomatillos
1/2 to 1 Clove Minced Garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Lime Juice
1/2 Small Jalepeno without the seeds
Cilantro to taste
