1 package Oreo cookies, grind to crumbs - filling included
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
White or dark chocolate for dipping
Mix Oreo crumbs and cream cheese together. Chill for several hours. Shape into small, bite-sized balls and return to fridge.
Using a spoon, drop each ball into chocolate. Gently scoop chocolate over top of ball. Pick up ball with a spoon and gently shake until most of the excess dipping chocolate is off ball. Place coated Oreo truffle on wax paper and let sit until chocolate hardens. Decorate top of Oreo truffle with more melted chocolate.
Can be stored in fridge or frozen, either before dipping or after.
